Information Processing Cycle is a set of steps the computer fellows to receive data, process data according to instructions for a program, display the resulting information to the user and store the results.

Memory:- The memory is a component in the computer which stores data and retrieves whenever the                   requires.

Control Unit:- All the computer's resources are managed by the control unit. It act as a traffic signal directing the flow of data through the CPU as well as to and from other devices. The Cpu instructions for carrying out commands are built into the control unit.

The control unit is the logical hub of the computer.

Arithmetic Logic Unit:- The work of the ALU is to perform arithmetic and logical operations. The arithmetic operation includes comparison, such as determining whether one number is equal to greater than or less than another number. The arithmetic operation includes addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

COMPUTER = Commonly Operated Machine Particularly used for Technology Education and Research.

Definition:- An electronic device that stores, retrieves and process data and can be programmed with instructions. A Computer is composed/combination of hardware and software and can exist in a variety of sizes and configurations.

# Various Parts of Computer:- The computer comprises of basic three parts, which performs their individual tasks, those basic parts are explained below.

1. Input Unit
2. Central Processing Unit (CPU)
3. Output Unit

1. Input Unit:- This unit acts as a medium between the user and the computer, this unit transfers information from human to computer.

2. C.P.U. Unit:- This unit is mainly called as the C.P.U. The CPU acts like the brain of a human. All devices are connected to this information received from the input and produce the result and send to the output unit.

3. Output Unit:- This Unit through which the user can fetch information is known as the output unit.
